  • I disagree with you to an extent about exhausting some enzymes when it comes to eating a particular food. For me it was fats, but I think the best way to eat is how your parents and grandparents ate. Fat isn’t something we eat a lot except for yogurt, but for me sticking to white rice and just regular pasta was better than staying with fats.
