  • I’ve heard from a couple astrologers that’s 8/8 is fake astrology. Because according to the articles I’ve read (only going back as far as 2012 so where did lions gate originate?) It is marking Sirius rising over the pyramids in Egypt…but that ALREADY HAPPENED in early july. The real location of Sirius rising on 8/8 is over the 37°N (dividing line between north and south during the American civil war) and meditating on 8/8 in my opinion is feeding the divide and feeding the “right to rule” egoic timeline. I fact checked the astrology myself with solar fire 9 and checked the location of Sirius and it matched what my astrologer said but doesnt match what articles online from “professional astrologers” gotta say its weird when the new age movement gets influenced and we forget to question the information. (Check out @thecosmicspacewitch on Instagram she made a video about this and the misinformation the other day)

  • I love these videos!! I live in France and cannot afford a gym membership, and these videos have been a fantastic addition to my running routine. Thank you!!!!

  • Day 7 Meditate! Felt good to do this practice again. I had a nice 2.5 hour walk‍♀️ this morning, and this moon practice has me ready for work this afternoon. It is always a good feeling when your work day feels like a day off! Thank you Adriene.

  • I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you Adriene. I’m very ill, as is my baby Dog, and I’m trying desperately to cope with a horrible breakup. Your yoga is the only good thing I have in my life right now. The time I take to breathe and move on the mat is the only time I feel okay. I will never be able to repay you for any of this, but you have absolutely all my love ♥️

  • This class is absolutely FUN! Great practice, Alessandra, thank you very much. Now I feel energized and happy

  • I think I’ve already commented, but I am going to again. I am in love with this practice. I find it so calming and so easy to stay present. I especially enjoy doing it before bed with a couple of gentle stretches afterward. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

  • CREATIVE day 67/365:
Noticed the beautiful full moon today, and also caught a glimpse of Venus. It’s been a very tiring day, so I’m thankful to be able to go to bed now. Good-night and namaste.‍♀️

  • Too much neck movement…no control over the lower spine…where is the neutral spine during all fours?

  • It was cool to discover that at the end of this practice I knew I needed a happy baby and supine twists to make my hips feel “finished” with their practice for today! Ever learning!! ‍♀️

  • What a marvellous practice! Thank you! I did it twice in a row!!!! I think it must’ve resonated perfectly with my energy, or something! And a 15 min practice seems such a doddle after ones that last 56 mins! Nice and relaxing, too ‍♂️ Peace on Earth…

  • Did this one tonight. Due to my rituals for the moon last night, I only had enough energy/time for the bedtime one. Still a pretty full moon, so moon practice tonight still felt right. Thanks Adriene. Namaste

  • You weren’t kidding about the sweat part. I’m new to your channel but you make this somehow easy for me. Thanks so much

  • Lovely, especially the image of holding the moon (so much more appealing than a sandy or slippery beachball).

  • I have done almost all of your classes now! Do you have another channel you recommend, another teacher with similar style? I found a bunch of ones I do not like.

  • Ah Boho made it a million at long last!

How do they get those shots where the camera is moving with them doing something else?

Is there a secret camera person hiding whenever they make videos? lol

  • Do breathing affect the result if for exampmle you dont follow the right timing when to exhale and inhale?

  • I adore this practice… it calls to mind all lunar imagery and inspiration. Would you consider doing a longer Moon practice? I have found this particularly healing coupled with Meditation for self love so thank you

  • Love it! I only just discovered this channel and I’m in love! Thank you so much! Or should I say namaste❤

  • Wow, that was not easy!! But I’m not going to give up as my body has been desperately crying out to me for months to get back to how I was. I felt better and I know I will continue to feel good if I do this every day until the whole sequence of steps starts to flow like dance energy.
